Chatoura Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to Chatoura. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User" or "Customer") and Zime Tech (operating as Chatoura, "we," "us," or "our").
By registering for an account or using our services at chatoura.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Chatoura provides a no-code platform to build and deploy AI-powered chatbots on messaging channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.).
2.1 Platform Independence You acknowledge that our Service relies on third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Telegram, OpenAI). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or bans imposed by these third-party platforms.
2.2 AI Disclaimer Our Service uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate responses. You acknowledge that:
- AI may produce inaccurate or misleading information ("hallucinations").
- You are solely responsible for monitoring and verifying your chatbot's responses.
- Zime Tech is not liable for any damages resulting from incorrect advice, promises, or offensive content generated by the AI.
3. Account & Security
- Registration: You must provide accurate information (Name, Email, Business Name).
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
- Authorized Use: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Chatoura to:
- Send unsolicited spam or mass messages in violation of platform policies (e.g., WhatsApp Business Policy).
- Promote illegal goods, scams, hate speech, or violence.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt to hack the Service.
- Upload sensitive personal data (health, financial) unless explicitly authorized.
Violation of this section will result in immediate account termination without refund.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
5.1 Billing We use Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to their terms of service. Payments are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
5.2 Refunds All fees are non-refundable except as required by consumer protection laws. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing; however, no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.
5.3 Price Changes We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our IP The Chatoura platform, code, design, and brand are the exclusive property of Zime Tech.
6.2 Your Content You retain ownership of the text, knowledge base, and files you upload ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
- Zime Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business reputation).
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, specifically regarding the Acceptable Use Policy or non-payment of fees.
You may terminate your account at any time via the Dashboard.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
